I’ve rented multiple units here over the years, including some massive ones that pass for mini-warehouses, and I’ve never once had a reason to look elsewhere. What truly makes this place exceptional, though, is the incredible team behind it. Jasmine and Sheila are absolute rock stars always professional, always accommodating, and consistently going out of their way to make things easier for their customers. They’re the kind of people who don’t just solve problems they anticipate them. Their level of service is rare and deeply appreciated. And let’s not forget Ricky, the maintenance guru. This guy is the unsung hero of the facility. Always on top of things, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Whether it’s keeping the place spotless or handling maintenance requests quickly and with a smile, Ricky makes sure everything runs like clockwork. I recommend this storage spot to everyone! They are clean and fully climate controlled. They are huge with easy access and plenty of room for parking and loading. There are every different size and shape of unit options. And they are run by and managed by nice, competent and reasonable humans. If you are lucky enough to deal with Sheila, you will see what I'm saying.

I have rented several storage units over the past several years in multiple states and I have to say this has been the most pleasant customer service experience I’ve had out of all of them From initially, reaching out and being met with (Ally) friendliness, kindness and knowledge about the questions I had concerning renting a unit. Then after going through the process interacting with (Sheila) and due to my work schedule she was very attentive and helpful in guiding and assisting me with the process My experience with these two ladies were nothing short of kindness, friendliness, helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and just genuinely helpful overall. They made my experience very pleasant .
